Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card/Visa/MasterCard payment.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to deliver.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling STREAMERS ONLY OFFER DELIVERY TO UK addresses, but please do not hesitate to contact us, if you would like a delivery outside of the UK, and we will try and put a package together for you.
Delivery within the UK
If there is nobody in to accept a delivery and no alternative instructions have been provided by the customer,
a card will be left by the courier to inform you how you can collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery. It then becomes the recipient's responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange a suitable re-delivery date.
We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate. All deliveries are made on normal working days (Mon-Fri).
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accurate address and full postal code via the selection method. Streamers accept no liability for non delivery if the details are incorrect.
You may place an order which does not fall into our standard delivery terms, if so you will be contacted by one of the Streamers team to discuss your requirements.

Delivery Schedule Delivery times are during working days (Mon - Fri only).
1) Special Delivery Royal Mail (within 3-4 working days if goods are in stock)
2) Standard Parcel Service Royal Mail (within 5 working days if goods are in stock)
3) Courier Next Day (if goods are in stock)
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours. Most orders are dispatched the same day.
You choose which delivery option you require at the check-out and it is priced by weight, minimum postage will be £5.00 depending upon area.
Please note: A signature may be required upon delivery and deliveries are made any time during the day up to 5.30pm, Orders must be placed by 12.30pm, to receive next day delivery

| Back Orders We hold all products you see on our site in stock. Often there could be an occasion when we run out of the item(s) required and it might take a day or two for new stock to arrive. If this happens, your order will be put on back order, we will wait until we can send you your complete order before we deliver. If, in waiting for new stock to arrive, our delivery date appears to put your party, delivery time at risk, we will contact you to discuss possible alternative products/services |
